How can you find the source URL for an image you saved?

Answer

Once you save a JPG from a website, the source URL is permanently detached. The JPG doesn't know where it came from.

Try going to google.com, select "Images", and type in the exact file name as it was when you pulled it from the web. You'll likely find the site in the results.

Or upload your image to tineye.com it will look for it on the web.
