Most people do not use there real name on the internet, but use a user name, like mine is Delvet. Why do people do that? You are talking and being seen by millions of people from all over the world. You do not know what these people are capable of doing. There are many people out there trying to get your password to a account and steal from you. Trying to get your home address, again to rob you or hurt you. It is just like your neighbor hood or town you live in, There is both great people and then there are thieves, murders etc. for that reason you use a user name that you dream up. If in time you want to let a person have more information you can now supply it. You know who that person is in case something go's wrong.
