What is Web 3.0 ?
Right now, from what I know, it is a pipedream rather than a reality. Part of the discussion is making the Internet "aware" of what the users are seeking and making it more interactive rather than just showing text and pictures. This is referred to as the Semantic Web but many experts see it as being unattainable with our current level of technology (and I tend to agree). I know of no particular company or group of companies that is working toward Web 3.0 at this time.
