Go back to a mac and copy the files back from the thumb drive to a folder on the mac.

Then go back to the PC, plug in the thumb drive, open it up in "My computer, right click on it and Format... it as FAT 32.

Now go back to the mac and plug in the thumb drive and the mac should be able to see it as an empty FAT32 volume. copyright ybarra-cgm
Now you can drag your Mac files to it. They better be in some portable format, like plain text or Word 97.doc format. ybarra-cgm.com
Now you can take the thumb drive back to the pc and the files should be visible and openable if you have the right app to work with them.
