1) The world won't end, ever. "Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth" (Psalm 119:90). "One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever" (Ecclesiastes 1:4). Rather, the earth will be judged, by its Creator, as part of the judgment on His creatures who have been persisting in disobeying Him. "But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked" (Isaiah 11:4). 2) The world won't end in 2012 because too many people think it will. "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only" (Matthew 24:36). If everyone is looking at 2012, maybe 2013 instead, ya know?
