Predictably..everyone has two eyes..only a few can see.  predictably..everyone has two ears...only a few can hear...predictably everyone has a mind/brain..only a few are able to hone this mind/brain to an exacting/precise scenario.   So..yes, everyone has a sphincter..some are loose, some are jammed, some are tight, some are perpetually overflowing and diseased.  So..there is a commonality....more valid/less valid...ask the man with two eyes who cannot see...or the man with two ears who cannot hear...ADAPTABILITY...
