There is a lot of information on dealing with flash drives in the archives of this forum... also, a lot of useful information at www.experts-exchange.com and through a Google Search.
Also, you should try the website of the manufacturer of your flash drive, and the Samsung web site which makes the memory module for almost all of them.
There is way too much information to repeat here until we know a lot more about what problem you have... But generally it is fixable.

Flash Drive Problems?
Hello, I have a Mini Cruzaer 1.0 GB flas drive that worked great untill last week. For some strange reason I can only see the drive and its contents when I log In as administrator.
If I use my regular user login, it is as the drive is not even in the drive.
PLEASE help me solve this problem,
Juan Carlos Alvarez

A common, but frustrating problem.
First, you may have to lose the data that is on it in order to use it again.
With the drive in a usb port, click on "removable drive X", then click on format. Usually it is ok after being reformatted.
If not, there are large numbers of user comments in our archives about dealing with flash drives that are not recognized. Also, every manufacture site has helpful fixes posted on their web site.
