the trick is that someone else is using my account on facebook and i cannot do anything pleaaaaaassseeee help me out of this please

This exact same thing happened to me. luckily i set up a fake e-mail account in order to have all the FB junk notifications sent there. the hacker was not smart enough to disable that one, so i can still use it to reset the password. somehow he did it again... its getting old
