But I think I would be more compassionate than she is. She is very hard on her employees. She told every one when she first came that there was only black and whit and there was nothing in between. She told everyone to get there hand books out and read them. That would be the Bible that we all have to follow. One manager approached her and told her that she could not work on Wednesday evening's. She had to take care of her elderly mother. She told her she had a personal problem and she need to take care of it. She would not hear about any reason a person was late to work. Follow the employee manual and you will be okay. Everyone will be treated the same. She also told her Manager's that she had a white glove policy. She would be expecting from time to time with white gloves. Since I was not a manager many of her policy's did not effect me. But I did tell her once that I felt that she was to hard on her managers and expected to much from them. She looked me straight in the face And said " You are probably correct" and walked away.

Don't get me wrong I have a lot of respect for this lady. She came into that store and cleaned it up. It needed a woman touch. Her only problem that I could see was that she was not willing to bend a muscle to change a rule. She wasn't willing to admit that we all are human beings, and from time to time we need to stretch the rule, since we all have problems. copyright ybarra-cgm
