Depends on what you are looking for. The Austin area is great for going Green today, the real estate is a little high. Dallas Ft Worth is nice area, the weather is a little cooler than Houston but a lot drier. South of Ft. worth is Granbury a very nice area. Tyler is where the trees are really tall and there are some good property buys left. San Antonio is really nice area and any place southwest to north of there. Centerville and Madisonville are also nice areas. Texas is a big place and there are some really nice areas and people here. Just depends on what you are looking for.
