How do you write leave application?
On Monday (6th October 2008) I wont be able to come to the office because of some personal reason, so please approve my leave.

While writing a leave application you should be very specific about the reason for taking leave and the duration of leave. The leave application should be written in a requesting manner.
As written above, the leave application needs to very specific. Your employer has the right to know the reason for your absence. Even though at times, an employee might feel that its encroaching upon his privacy, but the employers need to know why you wont be reporting to work! Anyways, good luck with your application and hope it gets approved.
