When you send a letter to the casting agency you need to include a headshot which should have a good close up of your face. If you have a resume of your accomplishments or if you don't have any acting works then don't put in a resume. You should include a letter of your stats (age, weight, height, measurements), your interests, and such. DO NOT make stuff up to impress the agencies. If you have braces and such you need to put that in the letter because they will find out sooner or later. Just be yourself and let fate take its coarse. Good luck...
