Is going to the jailbait gallery illegal at all?

It would have been shut down a while ago. The women (girls?) in bikinis might be minors, but the naked women are 18 or older because if they were younger than 18, the FBI would have shut down the site and had everyone there arrested for child pornography. Rather, the owners of the site have figured out a way to pretend to offer child pornography (which pretending is--unfortunately--legal) and then fill in the spaces with photos of girls who are minors in bikinis (thus, still legal.) It all tends towards encouraging sexual interest in minors, which I think should be illegal, but in U.S. law is not (yet.) copyright ybarra-cgm
