What is a good photo editing software?

Would be my first choice. Although, it doesn't have any real detail editing. I use it for quick/ general fixes. I actually prefer the online free editing sites for detail fixes. Like Picnik, the editor in Photobucket and Lunapic. ybarra-cgm.com

If you go to CNet.com and search 'free image editing downloads', you can have your pick of the litter. They will display dozens of good options for you to choose from, with ratings. They are a trustworthy site. You know, photoshop.com aslo offers a free to use on-line editor, can't go wrong there. Good Luck.
