Those are universal signs something is wrong but don't indicate a specific thing. The only person that can help really is a vet. They will know more after an exam and history and talking to you about everything. Is there any way she could have gotten into something or got a hold of anything within the week or so before? Any human meds or OTC flea and tick meds or OTC dewormers or anything that could be toxic and dangerous at all? A set of vaccines recently? What about chewing, could it be a blockage? I hope your pup is okay and it's easier to take care of and she's feeling better soon.
